There´s always something else to learn...

Sometimes you get to know really amazing people. This was my team last year. Arturo and Patty, I learned so mucho from you two. I hope I will learn more from you, I hope we never lose contact, I hope we keep our friendship.

I Must be alert. Sometimes people say so touching things in their speeches. Sometimes a simple combination of words can be recorded in your memory...
...it can remain there for ever
...it can change your life.

"Motivation is IN your heart"

For me that means that doesn't matter how hard my leader tries to motivate me, it still my decision if I want to be motivated or not. This doesn't mean that the leader can forget about the motivation of the team, On the contrary, it means that the leader it must make conscience in his team: he will do all the possible by to motivate them, but in the end, each one will find his/her motivation in his/her heart.

Last night I couldn't sleep.
It was raining to much and there is a leak in my room.
In addition, I was coughing much, I had a headache and my ears hurt like hell.
Today I went to the doctor: diagnosis: Pharynx Infection. Why my? Why now, just 3 days before going to IC?
I was shot with penicilin. Awwww that hurts!!!!!

Today is the big day.
In a few hours we will decide if I still in the MC ESAL next year or not.
But "come what may", I will be happy, because I know God wants what's best for me and what's best for AIESEC El Salvador

First one of my classmates sent one email to the rest of us, saying this:
Congratulations for everyone, today, we celebrate the Economist's day!!!!

Two hours later we (all) received a mail from other of our classmates saying this:
Sorry guys, I don't wanna be "kill-joy", but today is the nutritionist's day... the economist's day is July 3rd.

DJ Cesar!!!!! Here is one of the persons I admire. (and yes, there is a large list!!!) His name is Cesar, he is a DJ, And what I admire about him? Is the way he fully enjoys what he does, the way he brings in passion in his “job”. For him, the music is a way of living, more than an income source. It’s really inspiring seeing someone so concentrate and making people have fun with his job.
	He is not my best friend, but for sure, he is one of the best friends I’ve ever met. Cesar I really hope you succed in what ever you decide to do :)

Ok, I’ll try to treat my monsters as angels and see what happens. I’m not sure if I will be able to... what I know for sure is that I don’t wanna be a monster for anyone, so I will not act like one.
One great book is the 7 habits of the highly effective people.
Well at some point, Covey says that you better stop looking for the negative aspects of people’s personalities because it makes YOU worse. You have to switch: start looking for the positive aspects.
He says is like when you buy a new car: lets say is a red CRV, suddenly you see more CRVs (specially red ones) in the city... It will be silly to think that so suddenly everyone else bought a (red) CRV. You are just more focused on this type of cars. Then it’s the same when you try to find good things about someone, about everyone.

Start every day trying to look for the positive aspects of the people... “suddenly” It will become a habit, just like being happy.

Me and my friends spent vacations in Antigua... in fact I'm kinda speechless... :), we had such a great time there

The facts: - It's vacations for everybody in El Salvador. - Many people choose Guatemala to spend vacations there. - People from Guatemana (specially from Antigua) expect for their "salvadoran brothers" the first week of August... every year!

DO:

• relax, to be spontaneous is better than to plan it everything.
• the only thing you need to plan is the way you will use (or lose) your money.
• check your email, you may have one important.
• eat, drinking is not a very good substitute.
• if you have the money and you want to buy something BUY IT... your probably not going back to that place, and if you do it may be bought by some other tourist.

DON'Ts:

• lose your keys.
• lose your mind.
• try to do something you never did before just because
  it looks easy or cool. (right beto and onat?)
• go where no body else is going.
• be afraid of talking to somebody else... they are tourist or villagers.
• go to McDonalds, try the local food.

In general, I like to be surrounded by nice people.
...everybody does.

Even so, it will always appear in our lives one (or two) of those insuffrable, undesirable and unbearable "human" beings who are always sarcastic, they are always of the bad mood and to make things worse, they always find the perfect way to make feel you bad.

They are monsters!!!
you have to find their weakness, but how??? they're sticky, ugly, nasty and so stinky that you can't even get close to them!!!!
Even worst!!! you can't know when one is approaching you, until it has passed, and before you know, it has left you without the smile in your face and has covered you with a gelatinous, sticky and stinking thing: sadness.

They are like dark angels in the nicest disguise...
Only waiting for the right moment to make you fall....
