capable gunner

A king, who passed by a town, observed an arrow shot exactly in the center of a target, that was a circle drawn in the trunk of a tree.

Intrigued, he realized that there were other arrows shot in several sites, all with the same precision in the center of a target.

Surprised by the ability of the gunner, the King commanded his guardians to look for him.

After some minutes they found the author of the accurate firings.

It was a boy of not more than 12 years.

- Are you the capable gunner? - the king asked.

- Yes, - the little boy responded.

- How beams to be always so accurate in your aim? - the king asked again.

- It is very simple, - the boy said -, first firing the arrow and later drawing the target around she.

So, lets think for a moment if we do that in our lives with the people who surround to us. Sometimes we judged based on our prejudices, we say to them to all our opinion and later we looked for some excuse to justify our lightness,

- first firing and later I ask -.

Sometimes we commit errors or we mistreated people that surround to us. Instead of accepting our responsibility, we put defensives and we tried to justify our attitude.

How much life energy we wasted justifying attitudes with which single we try to cover our errors, fear or insecurities?

How much unnecessary damage we were caused to we ourself and those who we loved? What price we paid with these attitudes?

There is one IC story that I haven't tell.

A story that makes me fell sad (and guilty) everytime I think about it.

I remember I had them with me when they took the picture, because I put the envelop inside the bag with the CD that the CC members were giving to everybody. Then, I remember I went to the main plenary room to pick up my Annual Reports. Then I went to the luggage deposit, I check out and I realize I didn't have them anymore...

INDEPENDENCE

Today we celebrate the 184 Aniversary of our Independence.

I wish I could write what does it means for me, unfortunately after 21 years living in my lovely country, I still don't know :(

The only thing that I know for sure is that I will do something to help the development of my country, I already have a few ideas and I hope God gives me the time to make it happen.

I lost my flight...

For some weird reason, in India, you have to show up at the counter of your airline more than 3 hours before. 60 minutes before the take off... they close the counter!!!
The funny thing is that when I was outside of the airport I WAS ON TIME!!! But it was quite an adventure to acctually get inside. I was so crowded and I think it has to do something with the traffic because nobody seem to be nice and organized. At some point one guy was trying to get in but his luggage cart was hooked with mine, and he was acctually hitting mine when he was trying to uncouple it. Then, to enter, they gatekeeper sees your passport and ticket but that's normal.
Then they Xray all you luggage. (Isn't the non hand luggage supposed to be checked AFTER you check in with the airline?) but still normal. What is not normal is having 4 men getting all your stuff out of your bags and asking you why do you have many of the same magazines (anual repports)...
Anyway by the time I maid it to the countrer... it was closed. It was 11:55 pm and my flight was at 00:35...
And here I am, trying to enjoy...
...enjoying one more day in India.
